We loved how close this place was to both the town center and the bus stop, the guest room made us feel right at home.

the staff were fantastic in the entire hotel. location: the venue was really close to the city center, town centre and burgos. it also was right in front of the bus stop.
The staff - some of them were dismissive.

The room was reasonably spacious with central heating, TV, and a writing desk, plus a private bathroom, and we stayed for 2 nights only but everything was excellent.

Free WiFi, but only if you stand outside my room on one leg with your phone held high in the air.
Who needs a functioning front door when you can just use an old toothpick to get in? Hilarious door!

I keep coming back to this place because it's amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly. They even helped me find a lost valuable thing. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, lift, and pets are allowed. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Great value for money. Our bicycles had a special place in the bathroom. Very good experience as bike riders.
Felt safe, nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were fantastic, it almost felt like being in a 4-star hotel! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The fact that they had indoor parking was a big relief for us since we were moving furniture. The location was also great, with key attractions and shops nearby.
We had some issues during our stay. One of the keys to access the building didn't work, and the shower was too small and the water kept getting cold.

The value for money at this budget hostel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was a bit far from the center, but the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The rooms at Hostal Arlanzon are cozy and inviting, with bright lighting and a warm ambiance. As a bike rider, I found the wooden floors and comfortable furnishings to be a great relief after a long day of riding. The TV, desk, and wardrobe provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a welcome bonus, allowing me to stay connected and share my adventures with friends and family.
Personally, I found the lack of a balcony in some rooms to be a slight disappointment. However, I recognize that not everyone may prioritize having a balcony, and there are still plenty of other wonderful features that make up for it.
